- Item availability based on realm's progression
- Items available will be 1 Tier below items obtainable in-game until all content is released in all modes
So, this means when we are doing Ulduar the best you can buy in the coin shop would be Naxx? Except for when ICC is released, when ICC is released people will just buy full ICC-N to clear ICC-N then buy full ICC-H to clear full ICC-H?

- Item level requirement (i.e. must have Edge of Agony equipped before Fleshrender can be obtained using coins

Malaco said on stream that raid tiers will be set progressively in 3 month periods. I'm prettey sure ICC gear wont be available when ICC is out at least at the start anyways.

The Wotlk raid releases will be progressive, meaning that some time will have to pass till the next tier raid is opened

Actually no, its one tier behind. You will only be able to buy naxx stuff once ulduar is out and ulduar stuff when togc is out
