After quitting gaming and wow for some months i came back to realise that sargeras does not exist anymore. The same happened with my items and coins. After searching for hours in forums i found out that i can retrieve my old account. I tried but with no success. Then by creating a new account i submitted a ticket and by that i was informed that my account is lost because the retrieving feature is no available anymore. What do you mean it is not available anymore, And what happens with people that they still want to retrieve their account? In my eyes this is called stealing and it is unfair from te point of view that when the server was re opened the Game masters gave tones of prizes to new players. But what happened with the old players that want to come back? When i donated it was clear that my account will be never deleted.

You're, like, 8 months late? It was YOUR buisness to check if your account was safe or not. At least 1 time. I'm sorry for your account and I feel bad for you but you should have checked your account a few months ago at least.
If I can suggest you something; Next time, be aware of what's happening at least 1 time per month :/

i had some health issues dude. couldnt check anything. came back now that i feel better :)
I am not saying that its not my fault for not checking but i thought donation is kind of contract. I understand about the refund policy but asking back for what i already had is completely different in my opinion and after all its not that my account and the data it holds is deleted :P . Both username and gmail exist so i had to create a new one for this account.
