Account recovery help please

Hello , im an old player from molten wow, i just came back to play in my account, when i notice i dont have access to my account, i went to my email and there is instructions about how to get my account back, but for some reason it doesnt work, or maybe im doing it wrong because the instructions are not clear enough, is it possible i could recover my account?

please tell me i can get something, my characters a instant level up or something please im freaking out! :(
