New Point System

Hello

I am not understanding the new voting point system. I have not collected points on my accounts for a couple days, but I have logged ingame. Today i tried to collect points and it says : You do not have any points to collect. and my one account has 46 points and also says 8.0 collect points. I never saw that before. Can a moderator or Gm explain how the new point system works.

the stated 8.0 refers to the new reduced amount down from 80 points previously.

I logged in and my points now show 29.0, previously i had 290. i have just now collected a point so my new figure is 30.0.

I took this to mean the point shop was up and running but it does not appear to be as to transfer your character using the points system is still 150 points. 150 points acquiring 1 point per day??

Not true, when all our points got reset, I had zero. Then I started collecting points and did not get to 80 points yet and today, I cant collect anymore points and it says points 8.0 (You do not have any points to collect)

This whole new point system does not make sense now. After reset it was working fine and each account was suppose to get a cap of 100 points if I am not mistaken, but is that per week? Does it reset every week? Could a GM please clarify the new point system.

I can only comment on my experience and that is i had 290 points yesterday and today i had 29.0 points. i was able to collect 1 point today making my total 30.0 points.

Like every1 else i was of the understanding the points will be reset and should be spent before the reset. I did that and continued to collect 10 points everyday with out the ability of spending them on anything other than changing my toon, whether it be his appearance, race, realm or whatever.

Today i had 29.0 points, yesterday i had 290 points.

Obviously with u receiving 8.0 point, i made the assumption u previously had 80 points. If u are saying that's not the case then u now have more points then what u should, saving u the best part of 4 days of voting.

you also have to have 1000 achievement points ingame to start collecting points

on homepage we see dozens of post about Lordaeron, while all the community wants is knowing how the hell new Point System works!
please tell us how your status is calculated and points are assigned!

The point system is not officialy released or something, prob gonna get announced when they release the store as well.
So just wait a bit I guess?

I it has something to do with ingame achvs. More u have more points u can collect but they havent mentioned how many achvs u need to have before u can take max points. Like i have 1800 achvs and i can collect 0.8 points. How many more do i need to upgrade it.
