Pretty much, just because a euro is worth more, does not mean property in Europe is worth more. If it costs you 10% of your income to meet other needs such as food in europe but only 3% in Philippines, then Philippines real estate is likely going to be worth more. I'm not going to say this is the case, but I wanted to point out how stupid you two sound using nominal exchange rates.
Second of all, making fun of someone because of their financial condition is low and pathetic. You two sound like 12 year olds.
