Same here, i've sent an e-mail to [email protected]. I'm still waiting to recive the coins back so i can atleast use them in the next 24h.
I enter every day the forums, and that thread should have been posted on main page or on the account information page. There are probably many people who thought that they still can wait x weeks and y days until they can use the coins. Probably even more people waited for Loradaeron coin shop to be opened.

I look forward for a resolution to this problem.

Same here , i was planing to level up 3 chars to spend the coins on them i level up the first of them and today i was shocked why on our accounts say 1 thing and they do other things this is their mistake and need to fix it or to lose many of ppl

As has been already pointed out, your currency was reset, like was going to happen to everyone, with a last deadline set by Edifice.
There was no bug, you had it all reset to what you had back in December '14.

And this just makes it even worse. You were gifted some coins, which means they weren't even a refund, and are complaining because they were reset.
