They are working on the system, and while it's in the works, the collection of points has been disabled.
It will be finished when it will be finished, no point in looking further than that.

it's not fair.. molten and now warmane always has been mi favorite server, but now i cant acept that. you have to do somethings because you will lose some palyers or you are losing.

Why ? why would players stop playing on this server ? are those points so damn valuable ? can you sell them or trade them ?
It seems to me, these points are way to valued for what they're actually worth.
If you enjoy the game, you'll play it, even without the points.
Maybe it's me, maybe i'm THAT old, but back in my day, you didn't had vote points, no one rewarded you for playing your game. You just played, that was the reward, you got to play with your friends. Without paying a fee.
Nowdays...meh...people crying over some points instead of actually playing the game.

I'm going to be honest, I am not exactly sure what you are saying. They created a x1 realm because they had a lot of people that were interested in playing a relam that is fully functional, classic, and very blizzlike. They disabled rdf and set the rate low so that it would be like actual wow where you had to find people in general chat who wanted to do dungeons and run there. Its more role playing and actually building your character. The idea makes leveling more interesting than just that thing you have to do before level 80. If you aren't interested in the x1 server then dont play it. Why would they create another x7 server when they already have 2?
As for the 1k achievement requirement. Its so you actually play the game and get experience before getting freebie items. The game is easy enough without the freebie items so really its hard to complain that you need to actually play it. Like Morvak said:

I understand you do not approve with the 1000 achivements points requirement to gain points , you would like the points to be used in the market to buy...heirloom equipment for new players to level up in them.
You also say that some players are already doing Ragnaros in full high gear ?.
I don't get the "old zones 0 ppl" thing, for the love of god, i don't know what you meant to say.
Please try to write a little bit better in english or just use google translator, because it's a real struggle to understand what you're saying.
