Hello, I played on Molten-Wow for many years, i had many many characters, with coins and points... I heard there was some king of "bonus" i received on this new server based on my deleted characters.

I had mounts, transmogs, etc, etc all bought with coins/points, I don't know if that adds anything or only the coins/points I had available at the time, anyway, I hope so many years with you are worth something...

I was in the same boat as you, the answer i got from the staff is that there was a period where you could recover your account, but that period is long over and you can't retrieve any of it. So basically, you start over from scratch.
