Cant find any trainers. When i ask npc's it doesnt show up under professions either.

I know someone who has 300/300 jewelcrafting so :P
Check at guards in Exodar/Silvermoon.
You can browse through this list to double check all the trainers. I don't know if jewelcrafting was a thing before TBC. Might want to verify that.
