1. Mob Respawn time

All Npc for quests, items etc. have absurd spawn time.It has to be reduced, its impossible to lvl and its not even hard its just plain frustrating with 50 people camping one spot for days. There isn't a single reason for this to be like that because its not hardcore at all its just about who steals faster from others.
6k players playing, this isn't a 800 ppl server its a ****ing huge population and respawn time of mobs and quest objects should be reduced by at least 50%.
Why would on earth i be waiting 5 hours to give elixir of suffering to Umpi or 20 minutes to get Holy water in Strangletorn in order to keep leveling, siting in one spot for hours isnt hardcore at all, it just makes people quit, abandon quests and despise all other people involved in camping.

i dont uderstand it too... its a buttleneck in lvling... there are places its fine, but some bosses/items take like 15-20 minutes to spawn! u cant party with ppl like that.

  3. I usually skip quests that take too long but some you simply have to camp or figure out someway to make it go faster :) Like do another quest meanwhile and return at a later point :)

  4. I guess this is why Lordaeron is not for you then. Like I've said before in other threads - if you're not patient now, you will be in time. I personally dont care, just move on to another quest and holy water..lol, if you actually choose to level in STV out of all places during a fresh realm...man thats on you.

You can't actually skip STV.... You need to lvl there around i think it's 35 and then you return to stv at 40 and then lvl to 43-44 :) There's no way you can get to 60 without entering STV unless you grind or use all the other zones/dungeon runs

i'll be putting that to the test :) . i refuse to enter stv unless there's literally no other alternative.

Well sure do so.... It's gonna be difficult :)

  8. i did not level in stv until i was lvl 40 and if i had leveld in another area i probably could have skipped it altogether, only downside is the long travels you have to initially make to get a flight point in those non "mainstream" zones after you got that its the same as leveling in stv.

and as to difficulty, its actually easyer, less competition and less moronic 60s ganking.

i use this list http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Zones_by_level_(original) to find apropriate leveling zones and just pick "the other one" when i see something like stv

Well the actual zones level req really is... Well different how it is ingame... At least the level you unlock quests and what not... But i guess it works.

i always found quests in the mainhubs according to the shown starting level for the zones i didnt see any problems because this is the actual pre cata list.

I think you can and Im doing that atm.

  12. They had it down enough to compensate for the mad rush during launch weekend, then they upp'd it again to normal. Which is why I don't play my Lock anymore because he doesn't have an instant cast instant damage "tagging" spell. But, they increased it because 1) they wanted to for obvious blizzlike reasons 2) people were complaining that the respawn times were too high and players couldn't out dps the respawn timer which made doing some quests impossible at the time for those people. I actually ran into this problem a couple of times on my Lock. Now that the timer is fixed, those quests are a joke.

  13. I skipped STV entirely, the only dungeon I did was Zul'Farrak, because I had like 5 quests there and I didn't grind that much, just a bit here and there to get to the next lvl. I also skipped a ton quests.
    So it's doable ;p

Why would on earth i be waiting 5 hours...
Yeah, why don't you just abandon all the ****ty quests and do the ones that are actually doable? You don't need to do every quest in the game to get to max lvl... unless you're going for the Loremaster or sth, kek.

It is ez pzy to skip out on STV. It is common practice to grind mobs from quest to quest and if you know the chains there's a lot to be gained throughout the zones. Many quests dont pop right away.

  15. Certain NPC's and/or Item's have respawn timers this way to weed out the "Racers & Powerlevelers" and the Determined to finish everything, Accept it, if you want it, go somewhere else and come back to it, otherwise go Dungeon grind & speed "kill x" quest level grind. :)
