[Cata] Hyldnir Spoils - Reins of the White Polar Bear

I have been doing one of the 3 available dailies in Storm Peaks for http://www.wowhead.com/item=44751/hy...poils#contains pretty much every day from the end of February to get this mount and have not had it drop yet... at a 3% drop chance and over 150 completed dailies there is a 98.96304% chance it should've dropped according to the rng-probability math...

these numbers make me think the item is in fact missing from the hyldnir spoils loot tables OR it has an extremely low drop chance

would appreciate someone looking into this and possibly add it to the loot tables

1% drop chance according to Openwow, which is based on Warmanes database. I got it from the quest like 2 years ago so it drops.

According to Wowhead comments from patches 3.0.3 and 3.0.8 it had 0.8% or 1% drop chance during wotlk. Wowhead has data for latest expansion.

Missed that. Cata Openwow link also says 1% drop chance so it should drop there also. Couldn't find when exactly drop chance was changed to 3% so I don't know if it's correct on Cata realms currently.

Edit: found a Wowhead comment from patch 4.3.4 saying that the drop chance shown on Wowhead is 3%. You would have to post on bug tracker if you want to get it changed.

was thinking about asking this on forum first, seeing if it's actually working properly (there is a chance I'm unlucky 2% away from getting it) instead of making a bugtracker post about it and 6 months later it turns out to work properly

okay feel like I should update this... forgot about it for a while... and the mount has dropped for me roughly 5 quest completions after this thread
