Prideful should be out in december along with the release with SoO. Since the new season should end in December if I'm not mistaken.

Didnt the Pridful season start already? If not then what was that rating reset and title awards about? What is the new gear for this season?

That was because of End of the Season.
New Season on Private Server not always means new Gear, so only because on 20 September the season ended does not means This Season is the Pridefull Season, I guess...
