Pandaria Hunter dmg PvP and PvE what is hapening?

Don't know bout you guys but lately I feel like hunter is totally nerfed both pvp and pve, damage seems low,
you can see that from pvp ladder in MoP out of 100 players there is only 4 hunters

PvE I didnt play for about a month, while doing good last time I did ToT with my gear I had 250k dps on avarage BM spec, now I went TOES and I loled 120k dps wth hapened? Went to test on a dummie my kill command crits for 130k ??? what???? on a dummie?!?! really?!?!?

I know I don't have full pve gear+set etc but have some pve pieces from ToT normal + grievous gear, still hunter seems to be nerfed a lot,

If it was normal circumstances you would be seeing much more hunters on top of the PvP ladders and topping DPS meters in PvE.

you dont need to be WoW expert to tell that somethings wrong with Kill Command, it hits super low in pvp, in pve its hits reasonable amount but still could be higher numbers.

whats your ilvl pve? im currently 527 in ToT most bosses im doing 190k sustained and 300k burst Stampede (full buffs) + BW.

Its 524 but like 5 pieces are pve tot gear rest is pvp,

just went MSV had around 175k sustained dps most of the times, but I know I was doing more just a month ago. Feels like I'm half of tier lower, and yea kill command has low dmg.
