That would be garbage, warmane has always had a very large pvp community. This is a pvp server, If I wanted to raid buggy content Id go to a private PvE server.
Marshal gear had nothing to do with "bringing unbalance". That was wotlk talents and the very nature of vanilla no resil pvp. And lastly no, Marshal gear is not BiS, raid gear always is. As a druid my set was absolute trash and I've been looking forward to an actual pvp set.

Brutal gear in wotlk still costed Arena points and rating if im not mistaken so the max you'll be able to get is vengeful? I would assume at least.

Still even if he's right... All went marshal gear CAUSE It was the BEST gear with less resistance aka less effort.... You got SUPER OP gear without any EFFORT that was the problem! A lot of people could use marshal gear as BIS which made major unbalance in gear... It didn't help we had wrath scaling and talents to **** it more up :D But we are past that now! Now beings TBC :)

actually s2 gear cost honor pts and s4 brutal gear cost arena + rating pts... so no free end game pvp gear for every noob.
