Need advise regarding class

Hi there,
I want to try to play at this hardcore server but confuse with the class choice.
My conditions are..
- I want to play human only
- I dont want to be healer, so might be priest will be not an option here.
- I only play for about 1 our/day for 5 day a week, so I need class (and tree) which is fun to play, doesn't make me feel boring for leveling through quest and facing world pvp.
I guess there is narrow chance for me to level up through dungeon with only 1 our play time.

So please your advice.

If you play just one hour a day, you will be lvl 55 when wotlk is released and you can switch to the dk and keep lvling. I suggest an easy class to lvl to 55 meanwhile, which probably

The safe option is a protection warrior (no-one will force you to tank, you'll just kill stuff faster) or frost mage, the interesting one is destruction warlock or fire mage.
