1. It is because of principle.
    We either have to do it for everyone, or no one.
    As everyone is not a valid option, we're left with no one.

  2. "everyone" maybe 5-10 people a day would have this issue. I highly doubt the staff working on the tickets for donators see many tickets a day. Why not do it for everyone? I bet you would barely see any tickets regarding this.

    why not just suck it up and deal with the fact that they won't do it. doesn't matter if its 1 person a day, or 10,000 a day. they've already said they won't do it.
