Technical Login characters too big?

I logged in after a long time today and it seems that my characters are too big.
Like their head gear is going out of the screen.
Is this normal? Can their size be reduced?

It only happens for male characters, female characters are fine.

No this is normal MoP downloaded from warmane, I had the same problem didn't solve it.
