1. Why are reports being deleted from the bugtracker?

I recently reported that <.............> - and No, they shouldn't. I am also assuming the same thing applies to <................>. In-game screenshots proving the problem were provided.
The result: My report got DELETED. WTF???

  2. Reported already or works. Don't see any other reason why.

  3. There are Private and Exploit sections.

    Examples :
    Private : https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/7762
    Exploit : https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/1861

Trying to open either will just send you to default bugtracker screen.
The only "problem" is that it's the same for the person who created the bug (exception being staff ofc), so it will appear to be deleted.

True reports some time do get deleted, but this is cleanup.
So it will usually happen if too many duplicates/dismissed.

  4. If something is already reported it should be moved as "Duplicate" - section already existing in the BugTracker. And I can confirm as of late last night that it is NOT fixed. In any case straight deletion of a valid bug report is not how things should be handled.

  5. Making Private and/or Exploit is not deleting.

    Here's your report https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/11604
    Duplicate + Private

If it were deleted, how could I know of it ?

  6. Yeah **** happens i highly doubt they would delete a valid bug report on purpose, their work is very professional so far from what i can see but small mistakes can happen.

  7. Well cheers for the clarification. Not knowing the information you just provided it surely seems like deleted. Also what is the reason behind clicking a link e.g. https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/11604 to send me to default bugtracker page? There is no way I can see it is marked as "duplicate". I do not see it even under "My Reports" section in the bugtracker.

You have to login first and then click the link again.
But that doesn't seem to work with this report.

  9. I made some bug reports on Chimera Shot a while ago that both appeared to have gotten deleted. I guess they must've been made private instead, although I don't see why they would've done that.

  10. My question is, why some bugs stay unconfirmed for month?

it was just an example, the fact that he "linked" to you it means he "knows" that report and he is even able to read and link it AND the fact that you can not see it means that some reports ( like in this case) are not visible anymore from players but only from Staff

  12. The only "problem" is that it's the same for the person who created the bug (exception being staff ofc), so it will appear to be deleted.
Is there any way to change that? People who reported it are usually wondering why, and where it's gone.

It's good that you stated the obvious. The question remains tho: How can I track what is happening with issues I reported, If I am not able to see them at all?

  14. How can I track what is happening with issues I reported, If I am not able to see them at all?
You can't, I am agreed with you that would be "better" if at least the Author of the Report can still see it if that is your point.
