Praying this time around Sunwell isn't bugged out for Blood Elf's doing Battered Hilt quest chain :)
You won't be getting that quest for a long time to come eitherway.
Imo its too early for a wotlk ptr.
The Outlands are still in a very poor state.
Plenty of quests in Netherstorm and Shadowmoon dont work. 5 man dungeons are filled with bugs and some of the raids are not even open.
The devs have still a lot of work to do with TBC before they should care about Wotlk.

Or perhaps they should stop developing TBC and focus on the main content?
That's what people specculate at least since wrath is their main ''expansion'' and if they ''fail'' that... Well people will stop playing Lordaeron simply...
The goal of Lordaeron is to have the most complete and bug free server.
When the devs rush the content they gonna leave broken content behind and then we gonna have the same disaster like on the old realms where high end content is available but everything is only half working.
The problem is that the community is impatient and always want new content as fast as possible.
U cant have a bug free server and constantly new content at the same time.
Impatient yes, but not without a reason. The initial schedule of WotLK release was next week, and by the looks of it, it's going to be delayed quite a bit. I personally don't really care about the TBC content, since I don't bother to play it if it isn't at least 90% complete, else it just feels useless to me since I get nothing out of killing bugged bosses. Maybe the whole server was a bit too rushed?
The vast majority is not even 70 yet and even if u are 70 there are plenty of things to do like skilling profs, leveling alts, etc.
Ppl on MoP wait for over a half year for new content and ppl on Warsong wait for over 3 months for the AT core. In mean time u are crying because the wotlk release might be postponed a bit to bring outlands to a better state.
It is now really important to fix first all the outland bugs and after that care about wotlk.
If u want a realm with rushed and half working content then play on Deathwing or Ragnaros.

You clearly don't know the numbers of 70's on the realm... I think most of the people are 70 by now really since we have had TBC for quite a long while and leveling doesn't take that long but only Warmane has that kind of information (database information).. But yeah we will see how things go but i think the most important thing is to do right now is to get us SWP/BT and then actually making wrath worthy to play :)
I highly doubt that the majority is 70 yet but even if it is the case u should ask urself what do u want Lordaeron to be:
A high quality realm with bug free content where u have to wait a bit until new content is released.
A realm with constantly new content where everything is half working.
If u want the second kind of realm then whats the point to have Lordaeron at all? We have already Deathwing and Ragnaros for that!
The 1st option but more information about how the raid and content is progressing into releasing/fixes and what not since we don't have much information about BT status or Kael'thas as well as SWP/MGT (only info we saw was PTR was gonna be launch in the weekend and that didn't happend and it will be announced when it will be open but who knows when that is gonna happen?)... I never said i wanted a 50% bugged realm but there is content that should be prioritized which has been done A LOT of times before in the past... Small things should be considered to wait (like some quests like in Netherstorm/Blade's edge) and things like raids, bgs etc should have more prio (my personal view and opinion)
Still Lord is WAY different to Deathwing, Rag due to the new core as well as the restrictions that the realm has (refering to the info thread)
Instead of spouting fallacies and direct insults I suggest you to learn communicating in a civilized manner. I'm just concerned with the amount of bugged content in TBC, will it take too long to fix it? I mean, I don't think scripting a raid with complex encounters would take just a week or so. On top of that, once the relevant content (raids, dungeons...) are fixed they got to give some time to the guilds to actually complete the raids instead of releasing Wrath straight away.
And I think most of us will agree that once WotLK is out, almost no one will care about doing SWP, BT etc. again, so I don't see any particular reason to delay wrath launch for longer than it's required. The fixes to TBC should've been done before it was pushed out, it's not like people are going to wait 3 months in Naxx just because they may have an encounter or two not 100% working.
I don't know if you've played on Rag or Deathwing, but as far as I can remember, the raids in there are much more than "half-working" and if they've already spent time on correcting those encounters for a couple of months, I'm almost certain it's way closer to being complete than TBC will ever be.

To be honest i just think that they will delay wrath release since there is so much to do before wrath comes out that needs to be adressed... + They need to PTR test SWP/BT/MGT as well as do the PTR for wrath raids (before they are released) so they might not open the raids right away when Lord is out since they have to have a PTR to actually test those raids till they are released (which would be the best option cause if it happesn that all raids are open from the start, whoever race to 80 first, gets the kill)
The purpose of this realm is to be the most complete wotlk realm. This doesn't concern wotlk content only but everything up to wotlk.
If you just want wotlk content now, just go play on Death/Rag & wait until fixes get ported from LoD.
Else LoD must take the full time it requires to be playable with the least possible bugs. This includes content from Vanilla, TBC & most importantly Wotlk.
I really don't mind the delay it might take as long as they fix TBC content & first wotlk release.
Rushing release will result in people quitting & realm not being as it's supposed to be "complete".
I estimate 1 more month extend on TBC, more or less, enough to fix TBC content & Wotlk content to release after.
If people can't wait or are bored, they can take a break for 2-3 weeks if they want. But later when content is released as it must be, they will all continue & population will grow faster & server will meet its goals & expectations.
