Hello, I've wrote a thread already but not a single response about it. I'm having trouble with TS-A and there is no way I can remove the TS-A. Reason I can't remove it is following: My account is registered to an email which got deleted because I was inactive for 100 days, because of that I can't get to my website features.
Proof that my E-Mail is erased: http://postimg.org/image/o0l3n0p23/ (Translation for the black square: "Account hosted on our e-mail service that wasn't accessed for more than 100 days will be automatically erased by our server")
Help me out, please..

Write a message to an Moderator with all your account information like registered E-mail address that the account was made on names of characters on that account and probably they will ask for something more and write them the text from above that you wrote already here

Moderators can't help with this. If you have access to another premium account you can make a support ticket on website. Otherwise you have to send email to [email protected].

Well i did it like i said above to get my mail changed cuz i lost my mail for inactivity on it and they changed my mail and sent me new pw change request long ago like 2-3 years ..

Things might have been different then. Now only the 2 forum administrators can tell you your email if you have forgotten it but any changes to your account can only be made by Smyth and Edifice who answer support tickets on website and emails.
