Error Creating Character

Hello,

I just recently downloaded the game and have attempted to create a character on the Lordaeron server but i'm getting a "Error Creating Character" message when choose a name that is not taken. If I choose a name that is taken it says as much so i know it is at least contacting the server.

I'm sure i missed a step somewhere but i'm yet to find it. Any advice?

Edit: I'm able to select from all of the Warmane servers so i don't believe its a realmlist issue. I redownloaded for a second time and isolated the files so it ruled out any interference i was worried about also having Nostalrius on my computer.

Firewall has also been disabled.

Apparently i needed to download the WotLK(old) link instead of the regular WotLK one. If anyone runs into similar issues in the future.

Not really, you just have to choose different hairstyle and facials.

I have the same problem now. I wanted to create male orc on lordearon and error creating character. If I choose female orc everything is ok....

Ok, I see that problem is with this 2 new orc hairstyle, like a Zardonic said we must choose different hairstyle
