i want to download the game
so if there will be a new patch or something , like warlords of draenor it would be better to w8 and download the new patch
if not , i think the highest game patch is mists of pandaria which exist on frostwolf ?
am i right ?

There are separate clients for each expansion, and none of them will be patched to a different expansion. Ex: Wrath of the Lich King Lordaeron realm will not patch to Cataclysm. As of right now that I seen, there is no plans for WoD.

Sometimes "MoP new" ( which have WoD models) case problems so I would recommend "MoP old", but I guess it is too late.
However in your case you will need to run the game with WoW_WoD_models.exe, not WoW.exe as far as I know
