Planning? I am already out of that step 4 years ago. Why don't you check some of my videos that doesn't lag. New PC? You mean new Graphics Card. There is a lot of enhancement on Mists of Pandaria. It really slows your comp down when your in a massive fight. Something is not optimized that well.
