Pandaria Where did my characters go?

Hello warmane staff i have been a long time player on your server since 2011 and when i logged on to try the game again... ALL my characters were gone and heard that it was a hijack and that you should get something for you losing your characters but i dont see anything like that i was wondering if i can at least get a lvl 60 or something. Only option is to create a new character.
