I am Sorry to return to this problem lately ( I went to germany for a Job realted Matter ) I am really trying to take this name Godfather on Lordaeron , it actually became my Reallife nickname. The problem is it tells me the name is unavailable , But there is no Player Named Godfather in Lordaeron. I Tried Special French (native Language) characters but still unavailable.
I really need this Name and I would appreciate If we can find a solution for this matter.

armory does not show low level Characters so if the game says "name is unavailable" it means.... is unavailable

There is a different problem. Because of Blizzards char naming policy WoW client contains a list of names that can not be used as char names. In this case you can not use any names starting with "God". Chars might have that name on other realms since it was possible to get those names while char renaming was done entirely on website.

I am aware of the policy , the thing is there are two characters , one in blackrock , the other on Deathwing with the Same name

Deathwing - as I said, name change while it was done entirely on website. It ignored the list of words you can't use.
Blackrock - probably made while it was Arena Tournament realm and I don't know what kind of name change system they had there. Or a name change after AT merged with Molten if name changes were still done on website at that time.
