I meant "your" as in, your equivalent of my measure.
If I say 2 meters, or your equivalent of 2.18 yards, is that belittling ? No.

It's a number. It's used in maths. It's used like a number. The origin is... I don't know, I don't research words in my language as a pass-time. But I did it anyway to humor you. It's origin is French, and it is used as a numeral in France (and most (if not all) Latin-speaking countries)
It's the same like a hundred, thousand, million, etc. It's just the next number in scale after million.
I don't know what you could possibly want to know more...

Really now, it's football not soccer. Soccer is quite literally a made up word for something that already exists. Like I would chose to call apples something else just because, and there's no one to stop me. Yes, it's my right but it's pretty stupid.
As for other things I don't really care because I don't use anything else than kg, meters, etc.

Asking me to define a number by other than it's value is a pretty weird request.
Also, after working in tech support, I can guarantee that there are such things as stupid questions. And there are such things as stupid answers. This isn't an Utopia, unfortunately.

I didn't ask about the number; the numeral. I asked about the term, which was completely alien to me. It would've been as easy as "This number is referred to as this in x or y region/country/etc. You can google Z for info about where it came from, etc."
Excuse me for expecting a greater intellectual response.

No, the newest one is an xbox/PC exclusive, I'm playing the one prior to that. I'm pretty hyped for uncharted 4, so I couldn't resist when I saw tomb raider for 10 bucks to skip some time till uncharted 4. I'm quite happy with it so far, but I have this weird intuition that there's going to be the same supernatural crap that ruins literally every single uncharted. That they mention this sun queen/god, w.e it is 4 times in the first 1-2 hours is just too much of a coincidence. But I'm just gonna hope for the best that they didn't think it's smart to "spice up" an adventure game with supernatural elements.
