1. Yes, that's the one. I'm currently also debating between NFS Rivals and AC black flag, but I didn't make my choice yet :<
The only reason I hate Black Flag is because of Uplay. I almost didn't buy it on the Winter sale purely because I have to ****ing load Uplay to play it. **** Uplay, **** it **** it **** it **** it.

  2. Just pirate them. The AC franchise doesn't deserve any money anymore.

  3. Just pirate them. The AC franchise doesn't deserve any money anymore.
All of the other AC's suck ***. Black Flag is the only good one.

  4. Played warframe until 6 AM ...

What am I doing with my life

What annoys me most is the McDonald's combo, the difference is so small
And the fact that games cost 60$ for everyone in Europe, even though our avg. wage is (supposedly) 82% lower.
In western countries, 60$ is somewhere near 1-5% of the salary, here it's 15-20%

  5. So today (technically yesterday), my brother and I were moving furniture around the motel. We use one of the smallest rooms for storage and we obviously don't rent it out and we never go in it unless if we need to pull out a couch or something. Which is very rare.

So since we never go in there, rats find it to be a great home. Considering there is still a bed and like 3 couches so there are a lot of hiding places. So we go in and there are thousands of rat droppings and we obviously throw out all of the furniture. We get to the last couch and we're trying to get it out of the room and right as we're about to get it out, a ****ing fat **** rat jumps out towards me from under the cushions and runs back into the room.

My brother is terrified of rats and he's stuck in this room because the couch is blocking the only exit. Not a good day for him.

It did make me miss my pet rat that I had years ago :(

  6. Java is great.

Why did we even learn c in school. Java is so damn easy.

    Made a homemade pizza.
Cost me 4x the price of a regular pizza but I have leftover ingredients and it tastes 4x better than any comercial pizza.

It's sad how poor the eastern countries of Europe are, and even crazier to think about southern parts of Asia and south America. As globalization is more and more a thing, the difference in lifestyle is more and more apparent. Honestly a person is Romania would have to save for a long time to afford a modest vacation anywhere outside and things that are universal nowadays, such as games off Steam, a Romanian person would have to save a month's pay to afford even one game and still eat that month.

    Java, the single-platform language.

You also forget that in western countries (at least here 1/3rd of people here live in poverty), you just never know about it cos it's not documented or publisied in media.

Trust me, as someone who was once homeless, in a shelter and living off soup kitchens, there is a huge amount of the population who cannot afford 60€ for a game even here.

My mother works here *** off, (and so did my father before he became incapacitated with illness), and she couldn't dream of spending that much on something. Her car is sat in my gran's driveway because she can't afford to fix it (nothing major just an exhaust issue and a flat tire). She relies on her car for work, so has to borrow my grans in the meantime. And this is just your standard working class family. Get enough money to pay bills, mortgage (rent), fuel and food. Literally nothing left over at all.

One day, some people will understand the western world isnt all as plush as they think it is, that yes on the surface we have nice high salaries, but stupid high tax rates (22% Income tax, 20% Sales Tax, 75% tax on Alcohol and Tobacco, Yearly Car Tax, Council Tax which averages 10% of your salary), and extortionate energy bills.

Yes but the working class can afford, while in the eastern countries, the working class can't afford it. This is the unsettling difference, that even if you work and have a stable job or even two jobs, being away from dawn to dusk, you still can't afford things that others of the same social class as you can.
Being homeless is bad everywhere in the world, while being a commoner, of equal social standing is abnormally worse in some places than others.
I know people casually spending one night more than others, equal to them in social class, I mean no differences that one is a cleaner and the other is a banker, earn in a full month of working.

Oh and in Romania, being single and on salary, you couldn't afford to live alone in a rent unless you have a pretty good job, and even then don't think about vacations or hobbies. You would probably be able to pay rent, food and utilities and just maybe maintain a car. But not even that. That's why people here usually live with their parents well into their mid-late twenties.

You didnt even read or understood what I wrote...

I explained that we can't afford **** like that, even working class families.
I have NEVER been on holiday. I can't even afford a passport. This is coming from someone whose parents both work full time.

Time to start saving and start exploring. And it is that easy. Unless if you have people to take care of.
