Promo codes disappeared

I just figured out today how to use promo codes, I finally got enough vote points so I logged on after voting again because now I finally have enough, and promo codes have disappeared! Please, I've tried everything, need GM to find out my promo code for me!!

Same problem for me. Today I finally racked up enough points to use them together with the promo code but swoosh, it's gone now. Yesterday it still was there...

Well, they staff did say they never expired, so yes, people did believe that.

If you did not write down your Promo code you can either create a web ticket or email [email protected] & list your account name

Isn't that like too much spam and hassle for both the staff and the players for something that can easily be standing in account panel until it gets used up?
