Some people have reported having to re-log for the queue skipping to start working, but I'd assume you did that already.
Open a Support ticket or send an email to [email protected] about this issue. There isn't much Moderators can do about something like that.
I did open a support ticket and this was the reply I received ...... I posted this earlier in this thread but I think someone deleted it.
That's an in-game ticket, not a Support ticket. Support tickets are the ones you open in the webpage, from the My Account menu.
If you don't have a ticket type available for this kind of thing, you need to use the email I listed. GMs in-game can't help with something like this any more than Forum Moderators.
