1. Some people have reported having to re-log for the queue skipping to start working, but I'd assume you did that already.
    Open a Support ticket or send an email to [email protected] about this issue. There isn't much Moderators can do about something like that.

  3. I'm guessing the queue itself stores your place, or something along those lines.

    I donated, bought an item to my character on Lord then noticed I was still joining the queue.

    Left the queue, went and did some washing up, came back 10 minutes later, and bypassed it.

    There may also be a brief timer between the code recognising you as a contributer to Lord or not.

    That's an in-game ticket, not a Support ticket. Support tickets are the ones you open in the webpage, from the My Account menu.
    If you don't have a ticket type available for this kind of thing, you need to use the email I listed. GMs in-game can't help with something like this any more than Forum Moderators.
