Hi. Today i downloaded mop 5.4.8 client and i can't log in. It freezes at authenticating. Is 5.4.8 even working?

Frostwolf will be upgraded to 5.4.8 on January 26 according the last news so you can keep using your 5.4.2 client until then

i downloaded 5.4.8 too but i cant even start the game.It says : Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910

try to right click "MoP 5.4.8" folder>properties> disbale "Read-only"
