as legion expanion will be released , there is much servers planning ti make legion private servers :) will warmane make a legion private servers? even the server will have much bugs , but warmane will update him slowly to become amazing , legion looks to be good expansion , artifact weapons, demon hunter class , broken isles , , so will there be a legion server? even no wod server :)

The amount of work required to get quests/mechanics to work rose exponentially with cataclysm, and extremely expanded on warlords of draenor...
There won't be a "90%" working WoD server any time soon, far far far less to expect a working legion one. I would say not even after 2020... So focus on other things in your life in the mean time.

Blizzard does not allow private servers to reproduce a current expansion on a private server. Not only that but not even mop content is fully released on this server and you're asking for a legion server? lol
Let them focus on fixing their potato server and stop asking for impossible things.

Dude, just go and play retail, buy previous expansions at discounts, buy legion, grind golds, buy wow token, play retail for free, repeat. Problem solved.

Not only that;
In legal aspects, Warmane can be sued and shut down immediatly for using current content as available content in a private server. Reviving old content is not totally ilegal but using the content that is being used in the current legal version of the game with the objective of offering the same experience is actually suable.
Plus, at other members already stated, they have their hands full of work with the current contents available (WOTLK, Cata & MoP). So I really doubt they want to carry the burden of developing WoD anytime soon.
As other member also refered, it would be easier for you to buy Legion and play on Retail. Since you can actually play for free (I've got my subscription paid with gold until August 2016) just take the time to grind a little bit of gold and enjoy your free to play game time. Taking over the auction house, farm, etc. You got several ways of making a lot of incomes in there.
With that said, don't expect Legion in this community anytime soon.

true dat and other pservers are using WoD right now and they aren't being sued. A few things stop Blizzard from sueing pservers an it has nothing to do with "old expanions".
Legal fees come to mind and international laws.

The copyright law is an universal law where only minor clauses change according to each country. Those came clauses change according to certain ammounts of money involving legal contracts and legal copyrights. But, as I stated, those same changes are small clauses changes. With this said, Blizzard can actually charge Warmane of Copyright infringement since it all depends on the ammount of time that Blizzard protected the copyright on legal terms.
Now, keep in mind, they can't directly touch Warmane for using older content but when we're talking about direct use of Legion you're using their directly using their exclusivity license for that same content.
If you wish, I can directly link you the laws. I'm European myself and I compared both laws. Plus, keep in mind, Blizzard has two corporations and they can actually advance with a tribunal case from the corporation they have in Europe. They can throw you into court with both law systems working (either the US or the EU).
I was talking about this with a lawyer a few minutes ago - He stated the same thing I posted. Funny how you know more than a lawyer that defends a game company as well.
