Both, if you start wow.exe it will get basically all the files required because his folder is empty.
if you move "MoP minimal" files inside a Mop folder of client 5.x.x then it will download only the files required to upgrade to 5.4.8

Additionally to @skullbashat reply, this client is the original one patched to read the realmlist.
Meaning, it has Blizzard's background downloader like if it was their Battle.net client.

Only WoD client will not download missing contents, since we had to modify .MPQs, which means that Blizzard background downloader files will not be the same anymore.

be sure to log-in with your Warmane AccountName, not Email address and that Realmlist is setted correctly:
set realmlist logon.warmane.com

4) "MoP minimal" installer which let you play and download at same time?

When did you succefully logged-in last time?

I was using a 5.4.2 client and when i replaced it with the new one the error poped up. I dont remember for my last logged-in time but i think it was before new year.

ok, so follow these steps:
1) rename "interface" and "wtf" inside your MoP folder into "interfacebackup" and "wtfbackup"
2) go here: https://www.warmane.com/download and get "MoP minimal"
3) take all the files inside "MoP minimal" and move them inisde your MoP folder
4) now you can play

MoP torrent you can get from here: https://www.warmane.com/download does not have "WoD models" in fact ( i do not know why auto-message in-game say "it has")
