You really have no idea what you're saying. You can get censure full stacked in really few seconds, and kite it your stacking? LOL, I never heard something so stupid... You expect us to kite it if you can stack and refresh it with judgement?
Funny how he said "anyone with a brain".
You and any people who fight retris would rather that :D (monstly classes that can kite).
I agree that improved TV here would be way stronger, but only in this situation, what about that bugged censure killing us even when we're doing LoS? Or maybe when we're kiting the retri and still dieing for censure?
Logic is something that got killed long time ago for this amazing dude, Gutray.
In conclusion, pvp heroes Heroes that got pve weapons/trinkets without ever setting foot into DS HC and are rets/rogues prevented the Cata > MoP merger cause hemorrhage and censure do legit 100k dmg per tick which is fully retail-like and according to bugtracker closed/fixet/working as intended.
We love cata man, if you don't like it man, go play Wotlk or MoP man, cause there they fix **** here we exploit bugs and we be R1 Milkywaygalaxy OMFG look at those ticks fap fap.
p.s. Saw some Cata fanboys in the other thread weeping: "just one more day omg they upgrade cata omg omg".
24/2/2016 - Cataclysm realms have been updated.
Players can now interact with Dwarf NPC's in Stormwind. We must first focus our fixes on quest zones despite the fact that Nelth is a realm where average iLvl is 400, cause that's retail like and need to fix Dwarfs NPC's cause that's VERY IMPORTANT and all spells and classes are working as intended closed/fixed.

Exaggerations solve nothing, they just make you sound mad and/or stupid.

u srs? 11k rip? what is your mastery dude? did you even burst? I pull 30k rips on hc dummy easily while full pvp geared and without kiril. and you wanna say it's the same hitting dummy and full pve player? there is no quality and proof in your screenshots.
Well, as you know (or at least I hope) Censure is stacked rather quickly here. Now any retribution paladin with a brain will laugh while being "kited" and just use judgement at range which not only does some nice damage, but adds a stack of censure and with two piece tier 13 adds one holy power and I am not including the speed boost a retribution paladin gets with the Long Arm of the Law talent or the Pursuit of Justice talent which can be combined with a hand of freedom or whatnot. So let me get this clear. You try to defend a bug with another and by saying we should just deal with this bug and try to maneuver around it? Which is just absurd to say in the least.
There is no sense in your reply.
I have 18.74 Mastery. But let me see... I bursted one players with 4800 resi, so I think it makes the difference. 11k crit Bleed tick its what u would get agaisnt a player with a good resilience. But hey... keep playing agaisnt the dummies... you will go far.

upvote for it, or let it be (like the beatles https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VoRAZdc85I)
https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/18021
mine was hiting for 8200 max crit in bgs today so i guess it is fixed ..
now i hope they fix TV because its hitting for 25% less ..
Idk because I didn't tried yet but I've noticed that my RIP is doing less dmg aswell, so if they tried to fix something it looks like they did something wrong :p
P.S: I didn't spend much time testing after the update so I can be wrong, but still, my RIP is doing less dmg for what I've seen for now.

Well try it naked and compare it, i dont know what Mastery does, but maybe its broken
The calculation Formula is
Rake the target for AP * 0.147 + 56 Bleed damage and an additional 56 * 3 + AP * 0.441 Bleed damage over 9 seconds. Awards 1 combo point/points.
btw vote up pls https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/18879 ty

I've used the first part of your formula and it is correct. With a total of 20377 Attack power it is expected of me--according to "Rake the target for AP * 0.147 + 56 Bleed damage"--to do (20377)(0.147) + 56 = 3051.4 damage + 47% increased bleed damage from 15.10 mastery which equals to a total of 4485.6 initial damage. This is absolutely the correct damage I see, but what I discovered was that the bleed damage over time is the EXACT same as the initial damage. The debuff even says "4484 damage every 3s."
Maybe the initial damage is supposed to be the same damage over time--i don't know. It's hard to find spell formulae from several years ago. But if that is so then rake isn't broken.
