WotLK Haste influence on dot ticks

Hello everyone, I've been wondering at what amount of haste do extra dot ticks occur!
For example: 600 haste 1 extra tick, 720 haste 2 ticks and so on ...

I only expect replies by people that have tested and have some kind of proof for what they say! Thanks in advance

Haste adding ticks to DoTs only became a thing in Cataclysm. In WotLK the time between ticks just gets reduced, so the entire DoT gets shorter. The number of ticks don't change.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that too. And sorry, I've played a lot of Cata last year.
So, does it decrease the time between ticks a little bit with every haste you stack, or does it decrease at certain amounts?

it decreases it with a certain amount for instance 1000 haste on a 18 sec dot would decrease the dot time by 5 secs or in other words if a 18 sec dot has 6 ticks 3 secs between each tick, those 5 secs reduced by the 1k haste would be spread between each dot tick, and you would have a 13 sec dot with 2,2 something secs between each tick but the ticks still are 6. Also haste benefits only dots while being shadow and in shadow form. It says it on the shadow form tooltip , disc dots dont benefit from haste and still are 18 secs duration for instance no matter what haste u have
