Try turning it off and then back on.

you can try ban appeal in support section on your account, but you MUST be innocent of said crime or prove your value to community with apology letter as well. as it is now we are missing detail of what have you done.

I can say that if you have been permanently banned, most likely you will just waste your time because bans are handed for a reason, but if you are innocent, then you can make Ban appeal as spike37 stated before in support section on your account.
