How come I get back after almost half an year, they've even made some fixes yet Censure is still ret's top damage? Seriously?

I've not seen Censure tick higher than 4k since the fix. So no idea what you're talkingabout

Really? I just trained the dummy for a couple of mins and Censure ended up my highest damage next to TV with ticks going as far as 40k crits. No resilience taken into account, ofc, but still..

There you go. Dummies have no resil and certain dummies are actually quite buggy Armour wise and can yield higher damage outputs. I used to make sure to attack them in dps tests for raids when I used to PvE on Nelth
