1. I'll have you know my great-great-grandfather had a friend who was Irish, so, mathematically I'm around 6% Irish myself.
if we're going that way.. i'm 1/16th American... Luckly all the scottish in me makes up for it.

  2. I'm 3/4 Romanian 1/4 Hungarian...

Unless you're talking about the natives, the only thing that really defines us as a nationality is our residence and/or birth place. :o

All I know is my Great-Grandmother was born in Chicago and her father was in the in the american military.

  5. My Bearded Dragon threw up. Half digested worms are pretty gross.

  6. Half digested worms are pretty gross.
When they're still live though, one of the best feelings is sticking your hand in a bowl of mealworms.

  7. Yeah, the reptile store I go to will sometimes give you 100 mealworms for free if you can find someone that is terrified of worms and have them stick their hand in one of the worm containers. Which is a great deal. Free worms and you get to watch someone lose their ****.

  8. My roomie had a bearded dragon and I had a ball python. I was a little more entertained feeding my python a mouse. Worms moving creep me out. I think she fed her dragon frozen mouse fetus's or something like that.

No Irish blood here. Ate Chinese food instead today. :D I believe too what your birth place defines your nationality. However, Ricks refuses to define our children half American though. :P

  9. Now that I can't play MMO's for a month (literally.. I feel like my left hand is handicapped or something..) I'm looking for other games... I've tried going back to LoL, but after 2 games I remembered why I absolutely hate that game.

    Radvo pls?

That's RDS in a nutshell... it costs about 6$, the absolute best thing to happen to this forsaken country....

I however, am getting scammed by my apartment complex as they won't allow any other provider to stretch cables here, and force us to use the internet from the twats they signed a contract with.

Seriously... my upload speed is a god-damn joke, there's no way to put it other than scam.... they ask 10$ for this (compare it to the 6$ above)

Ad litteram "greener grass" symptoms. I bet you also think "abroad" life is better. Trust me, you have it good where you are.

I'd give fast internet for better quality of life anytime. Right now, average wage is enough to survive, barely. If you want to do more than just survive.. say, buy stuff, like games, trips, gifts, decent meals, etc. you'd have to go waaaay above average.

Trust me, I'd rather go to Germany and get 60000 euros a year than stay here on half that

I'm half Irish and made myself fried rice on St Patrick's Day hah. I agree that your birth place defines your nationality. I certainly consider myself American. I also think, though, there's nothing wrong with identifying with your heritage if the culture has had some impact on you. I think being part Irish is part of my personal identity because my dad is Irish (as in, born and raised in Ireland) and I think he and his family, who ee stay in touch with and visit, have had some effect on me. I've never really given a **** about st pats though, not big on binge drinking in public or any of that.
