This is true, in Wotlk Tiger's Fury didnt affect Rake nor Finishers.Rake and Rip unfortunately. I remember how great that felt in cata, with all the procc snapshotting. You can still buff your Rake&Rip with proccs though and keep the buffed bleed up as long as possible.

Tiger's Fury did affect your abilities in WotLK; Rake, Rip, Ferocious Bite, everything. You could indeed snapshot your bleeds with Tiger's Fury as well as procs and Savage Roar. Tiger's Fury did not apply retroactively, meaning it would not buff an existing bleed on the target, but if you pressed Tiger's Fury then Rake it did indeed buff it on live WotLK, so yes this is a bug

No, thats how Tigers Fury did work in Cata/Mop, not in Wotlk. The +80dmg affects white dmg and styles that scale with weapon dmg like shred and mangle. It works the same way as those +2dmg blacksmith stones (forgot the name)
