Your shape isnt all controlled by eating, it's called sport.
Well hello there captain obvious...
But you do know that your weight gain/loss can also be affected by your nutrition alone. (even then I'm active during the day at work, it's not like I sit on my arse).
I wasn't talking about my shape, I was talking about my size/weight.
I'm an ex-cadet athlete, (swimming, basketball and Javelin) I'm a bigger build female anyway with nice chunky thighs and broad shoulders. However because of my crappy metabolism I've put on the best part of 50lb (3.7st/22kg).

Oh gee MATLAB is a lot of fun
Look at all the fun I'm having
I love maths
Spoiler:Show
Matlab is great fun. I love me some linear algebra.
It's extraordinarily difficult to out-exercise a bad diet, though. If your overweight inactive *** is eating ~500 cals above maintenance daily, ergo gaining a pound a week, and you want to lose weight at a reasonable rate (say 1lb a week; most don't recommend more than 2lb a week for all but the fattest fatasses) without eating less you'd have to exercise off ~1000 cals a day, which the average, previously sedentary person just isn't going to be able to do. That's like running at a good pace for a couple hours, lol. It's rough math but you get the idea.
But that's wrong, mom. Your shape is controlled by your diet AND sport.
Just listen to what they said when you were younger. "You are what you eat."
Go eat skinny people.
I remember when I had my 3 teeth pulled out, and I had stitches. I couldnt eat for 3 weeks.. lost 15lb and it was hellish.
My dad's close friend is a personal trainer, but at £20 a session it's a bit much for me at. I'd only be able to go once a week. And I have no friends to play sports with (and I hate actual running on its own).
good excuses m8 but there's much more you can do
You dont quite get what I mean, IDK what else TO do, these are not damn excuses.... jesus ****
walking, going to the gym to lift/ride a stationary bike, etc etc. And not eating an entire apple pie drowned in custard every week
This. Set your goals higher.
Make it two a week.
**** cruel lab
got on izaro second phase and it ****ing lags and i get killed because he uses two of his moves and they both hit me at the same time because I couldn't move to ****ing dodge them
got me a vaal orb though and two chaos orbs trying to do it so far so that's okay i guess. And like three levels from how many times i've had to retry it

Beginner lifting routines don't take very long because there isn't much warmup or rest needed, 30-45min 3x a week. Pretty easy to fit into most schedules, especially if your work schedule is consistent (you can build a habit of going to lift at the same time each week)
