WotLK Name was taken?

Hi, I have a char on my account whose name is "Arlan" and all of a sudden it has a customize box next to him wanting me to change it. I am trying to figure out why this is. Thanks.

You should be able to log in with your character just fine now.

Not sure if the upgrade just countered your help, but I still can't login w/ Arlan atm. Thanks for helping thus far though :)
