Hello, I have a few questions.

I come from .............. and while I love the community, I'm getting really tired of the bad ping as they are set in EU and I am NA. That being said, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to WoW as I have never played retail.

I have been looking on the forums for information on this specific server (which worlds are PvE/PvP, what level you start on, ect) and cannot find anything. It could be that I'm just blind though :P

I'm in the middle of downloading this server now and I look forward to playing.
As for the questions:
Are racials important? Or can I be any class on any race and still make a good impact raid/PvP wise?
Which server has the best population in YOUR opinion when it comes to activity and attitude?
Are people still leveling a lot or will I be way behind?

P.s. I am playing WotLK

P.p.s. I have downloaded the game and it says it needs to update. It updates completely then says "World of Warcraft could not be found." It's not in my C drive and instead is in my Downloads and when I try to move it, it says "It's open in another folder and to close it." when nothing else is open. I am not computer savvy at ALL, and don't know what to do?

As for your first question, for WOTLK Realms, you have three options.

• Lordaeron (Hardcore Server - x1 XP Rate, Drop Rate and Reputation Rate)
  Ragnaros (7x XP, Drop Rate and Reputation Rate)
  Deathwing (7x XP, Drop Rate and Reputation Rate)

According to what our community was informed, Ragnaros and Deathwing will be merged soon. So, with that said, either you pick Ragnaros or Deathwing you'll end up meeting and facing players from one or other realm pretty soon. You will find a lot of people leveling new characters in order to be ready for this same merge and you'll also find good people in one realm or another. Personally, I prefer Ragnaros over Deathwing. But, as I stated, each player will have their own personal oppinion in that subject.

Racials are important and shouldn't be overlooked. There are specific classes that work pretty well with specific racials and others that just don't match up at all; You should check what class you want to play in order to fit a proper race.

I assume you're trying to make a login with your e-mail address aren't you?
In order to log in Warmane, don't ever, use your e-mail. Always use the Username you selected while creating the account otherwise you will force your client to update according to Blizzard standards and you won't be able to log in Warmane.

I assume you're trying to make a login with your e-mail address aren't you?

Thank you, I did add you and I hope to see you in-game soon! I am currently level 3, almost 4. I created a Blood Elf Priest and hopefully my racials match up.

Also Warmane server is located in EU by the way, France.
Wotlk realms:
[wotlk] Lordaeron: x1
[wotlk] Deathwing: x7 (x5 reputation, gold, professions)
[wotlk] Ragnaros: x7 (x5 reputation, gold, professions)
[wotlk] Blackrock: Instant 80 (only PvP, with amazing Custom feature)

If it is PvP what you care the most then go Alliance, Human racial is way OP so most of the good PvPers go Ally.
If you wanna play horde then undead has the best racial.

For PvE racials are way less important, so in this case play the race you like the most

This is not true at all. If you are stating that racials aren't crucial in PvE you're giving a false information. Racials do matter in PvE (Example: Berserking on a Mage or Hunter).
