Hey i so the issue is this. Iv been playing here for about 40-50 days . and Since i dinged 80 iv been running the Ah for most of the time. And i collected around 150k in items in gold for the time iv been playing so far, Server crashed a few times during that period and i kept losing like 30%(10-20k gold)of all my auctions and got no support about that. This Crash destroyed b/w 55 and 65 epics that i had in the auction house(Most of what i own in gold and items) And i have the feeling that i'm about to get the only answer i ever see out of a ticket: "Sorry but we don't support this issues" At the very least what they could have done for me so far is some kind of warning that they are still expiriancing this issue and that its not fixed. So all of us who lost stuff in the ah could have see it coming and we could have taken some measures to prevent it. I invested like most of the time i was playing here making that gold and now i lost it in the blink of an eye and i will prob get no support about it. How come no measures are taken to prevent SUCH A BIG ISSUES ? i mean this is not less important then some dungeon bug or something!!!

They don't give lost gold and items back unless you obtained the item with coins so you won't get anything back. Are you sure the item is not coming back to mailbox and that noone bought it? What realm is this happening on? Since you said level 80 I assume it's a wotlk realm. Some time ago people were losing items from expired auctions on Lordaeron but that should be fixed. But I haven't noticed items disappearing from auction house yet with the new core on Deathwing.

Yep Lordaeron. Expired auctions b/w 50 and 70 epics are gone.. If i dont get any support about that this is just insane. I dident only lose gold/items i lost my time acquiring them. i was calculating till now. The exact amount i lost is b/w 60 and 70k gold. WTF????

The only thing you can do is report it on bug tracker if it's not reported already and hope it gets fixed soon so you don't lose more items.

I dont rly care about anything exept geting that gold back... Thats an insanly big amount of gold im not gonna get over just like that. IF they dont do anything about this ima quit and make sure to expose this **** on every possible forum there us. What good is for me to keep playing on a server where u can lose all that u played for in a blink of an eye ?

How can they not support one of the most important aspects of the game ? IF ppl can lose theyr stuff like that, i doubt that any1 will care much if a curtain mechanic on a raid boss is working proparly or no, when u have a chance of lossing most of the stuff uv been investing ur time in just like that.

well for 1 they don't keep item logs, so no way to prove what your saying is true, screenshots can be faked. and they really don't have enough staff to deal with the amount of "lost" item reports they'd get if they did refund them. thus why they only do it for items gained by coins.
