That was DPS on 3 targets... I dont know if those 3 dummyes infront of me (on which i did this test) are spread more than 8 yards, but i do know 43% from 251 is 107.93.

Edit: most of spells, trinkets, have ICD that says: cant proc more than once every 2 sec or something like that. Wandering dont have that in its text, idk why u think it should have the ICD of 3 sec...
Again, maybe im wrong, but what i remember from retail wandering was a beast... This comment from wowhead proves me that tho.

Wasn't the cd of this **** 1 second? As long as i can remember i think it used to be 1 sec internal cooldown, checked some wowhead topics it says 1 sec ICD
Wandering Plague will now properly reset after being castand now considers the resilience of the target in determining its chance to be triggered.

Tometopwn are u using SM as bdk? As blood I do agree that after the burst damage does go down but no where close to what you make of it. Constant dps blood & fdk are pretty close and Drw cd is only 1.5. It's not long at all. The only scenario where I can imagine a bis fdk bearing a bis bdk is if the raid has really low dps. If you're in any end game raiding guild where as we know in warmane almost everyone is semi bis that won't be the case. I will test bdk with the new core and see

Than u havent seen me or Riko dps :D, we was doing ~25k on saurfang before the core change , i havent talked to him about after core i think he kinda is busy now but i can easly finish 21-22k even now, but i gurantee you atm even the best blood dk in world wont outdmg me @ saurfang, not to sound cocky but Frost Arp is just op now compared to rest classes, and idk if you know but dk has 100% hit on mainhand , hit is bugged this with BCB= lot deeps on BL/Hero+Pot , u never miss with MH, the dmg bonus from this shiit is fcking huge :D

I also think that WP has an ICD, which is implemented to prevent 200k DPS in AoE from happening. I tested the talent for the last hour and it seems to be working normally.

What is more, the talent seems to actually deal more damage than the actual diseases - something which I think comes from dipping into the 13% debuff and other shadow damage talents.
@6869 GS and 50% passive ArP from T10, SM and trinkets, the shadow part of my Scourge Strike seems to be dealing a bit more than half of the physical part.
My ghoul deals approximately 7% of my total DPS, or 411.

Maybe ,idk i never really went into uh/blood spec idk much bout them never played them as serious as frost, didnt get into hardcore testing even on blizz.
About the ICD , i think the item cd is 1 sec for PvE, and 3 sec for pvp , since 3.0.8 patchnotes say: Wandering Plague will now properly reset after being castand now considers the resilience of the target in determining its chance to be triggered.Doesnt this mean that it can hit right after it hits?
Edit: Yes you are correct about the damage tho, wandering and necrosis should have fixed damage, if they scale that's a bug!

Can u link some source where it says that Wandering Plague has idd the ICD implemented in it?

Necrosis is always exactly 20% of my white hits, also checked that in the same test. My highest white crit is 8332, my highest Necrosis hit is 1666 - exactly 20%.
Wandering Plague is exactly 13% higher than my diseases, which leads me to think that it dips into Ebon Plaguebringer. I don't know if this is a bug or not.
Wandering Plague Indeed has 1 sec cooldown, the main reason it was ticking less than 43% for me is that i was using Glyph of Disease which made both diseases tick at the same time.

Btw, does anyone know here if after u miss Icy Touch, Obliterate, or any rune consuming ability, should ur rune start counting the 2 sec rune CD rule, or it should not be activated in case of a miss? Cos when u miss something that uses runes, they go on 1sec CD and after u consume them again, CD is back to 10sec, even tho 2 sec passed. Does that has anything to do with Rune going on a 1sec CD after the miss or is it a bug? On old core after u missed Pestilence for example, and hit it after that 1 miss, runes would start regenerating from 8 sec timer, not from 10 like it is now...

Last couple of comments talk about Rune Grace period (2 sec rune CD rule).
I know u dont get runic power back after u miss Frost Strike, so maybe the same bug ocures with missing something that consumes a rune...?

If you miss after using a rune at least once in the same combat, it does not affect the grace period: you still count 2 seconds from the moment the rune cooldown ended, as if you never did the attack that missed."

Yes, so according to this I am actually starting to think that Reaping + GoD is not the optimal build choice for Unholy.
Reaping spec is viable, but i think with glyph of icy touch instead of the disease u can pull more damage, until they fix scourge strike to100%, once fixed Scourge strike should crit arround 20k(shadow damage included) on dummy + - , with the sigil u should do arround 23-24k, when that happens i think unholy will be very, very strong with reaping and shadowmourne

I will make a report with all of the issues pertaining to the FS once I gather all the data and find more sources to back it up. The offhand bonus damage is literally the last thing that was left to test, I've tested everything else that comes to mind. I've already done the critical bonus when doing the initial tests and found no issues there, didn't include it in the post on the bug discussion because it was already too damn long.

25k before core change is pretty normal from a 6.3k+ fdk
Im fairly certain you can still reach 25k in the new core easily in DBS, fester, rot.
