They take down bug-tracker reports that are exploits, like this one (though it's not really an exploit, a huge bug on their part), so randoms don't just start randomly doing these exploits whenever they please.

I'd expect all warlock who earned significant amount of rate for the past few days after this bug occurred to get punished. 7 day ban or all that rate to get nullified. sounds fair to me.

Yeh i dont think thats how it works. I reported combat rogue exploit long time ago. They removed it from bug tracker and do you think they have fixed it? NO.
Because they think if its not on bug tracker, the exploit will stop from spreading, therefore no need to fix it.

Well usualy they fix bugs extremly slow, waiting for hand of sacrafice fix for 13-14 months or so, this will get fixed next year rofl
