My point is that the specific queue isn't isolated from the random queue so even when specific queue works its still hard to get two premades in the same bg without a single random player joining the battle.
The point that he made flew over your head though.
He's stating that if you have one person from each team talking in Teamspeak trying to sync both queue numbers it isn't hard to make sure the match is properly arranged. Anyway, that was already discussed between the people that are behind the idea and project so there's no need to worry since several possible solutions are already in the table.

Its much harder than u might think.
Getting a single premade with av enabler in the same bg is easy but getting two opponent premades in the same battleground is extremly hard.
Even if both of ur premades queue at the exact same time there are always either alliance or horde players that are already waiting in the random queue.
The faction ratio between alliance and horde that are queuing for random bgs need to be perfectly equal or one of ur sides will always end up with having randoms in their bg slot.
I know what im talking about because I use av enabler frequently to queue 40 man premades for AV/Isle.
Second problems is that the battleground number is currently buggy. Different battlegrounds have the same number which will screw up ur av enabler and split ur premade. http://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/20438
