i dont know how to start this but before few weeks ago i was in cybercaffe with my friend and we was raiding than we dced an dwe reloging again and completed our raid ,then next day i logged in site trying to vote than i found (Your account has been terminated due to Advertising) we didnt do anything after than i asked cybercaffe owner about that and he said our ip has been banned and someone was advertising another server or idk what he did so .. please! if u can unban my account and my friend account (ooredo) check the ip or somthing to belive me
and i hope some GM will read that because i cant select ban to appeal in the support i can do anything only voteing and loging to the game

If your IP was banned, simply logging on from some place else would be enough. If the cybercafe IP was banned don't count on it being unbanned.
If even playing elsewhere still leaves you banned, it wasn't the IP, but your account specifically that got banned. You can try opening a Ban Appeal ticket from the Support option on the My Account section to see if they assist you. Opening threads to complain about bans and ask for Staff "help" won't do you any good, besides earn you an infraction - it's explicitly stated to be against the Forum rules.
