Does donating also let you bypass the quque times?

As far as I know no. Altho there is no queue besides Lordareon but as I said, Im quite sure you cannot skip queue on Lord.

Being a Donor will allow you to skip que time on all realms except Lordaeron.
To skip Lordaeron's queue you need to be Donor + you need to buy an item on Lordaeron marketplace which cost at least 5 Coins, when you will select an item there will be a message pop-up "This purchase will also grant a 30 day queue-skipping benefit on Lordaeron."
