So earlier today I was on for a few hours. I ran some BGs, leveled my JC up, did some dailies and sold stuff on the AH. Then I ran AV lost... AV again and we won with me tanking Drek :) Anyways on my way from the pvp vendor to the AH to craft some more the game disconnected me out of no where and I got the message when trying to log in that said my account had been suspended. When logging in on the website it told me I was banned for, "Your account has been suspended for 2 days due to Racism || discrimination".. Which one is wrong because I have NEVER said anything racist in game unless you count a few elf/dwarf/gnome jokes as racist... Which would be kind of crazy if you ask me.
Anyways I was looking up the rules and saw that in http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=182535 it says,
"Current procedure:
Gamemasters will whisper you to provide details about your ban before it takes place. This is not a chance for you to reply complaining or try to negotiate the ban. If you are away or not even in-game during the issuing of your ban, information about it can be found in the account panel. Sentinel Anti-Cheat bans will remain with instant removal from the realm."
But I never got messaged by a GM at all. I was on for a few hours today and never received any message whatsoever or notification. And before someone asks yes I know how it looks when a GM messages you as I have reported multiple people before due to them breaking the rules..
Am I missing something or aren't I supposed to get a message or explanation about why I am banned or what I said? :/ I feel really down right now because I don't know what I could have said/done to deserve this and I am losing time I could be spending playing the game/gearing up.
I made a ban appeal hours back and still haven't got a response. is there anything I can do to get my ticket looked at sooner or am I just SoL? Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!
