Probably not in the near future, but do i have to remind you, that they already have Warlords of Draenor expansion?
They took it from Arena-Tournament, and as far as i know, there can be a possibility that some developers work on in the background. Developers cannot work on 3 expansions, and it's highly unlikely Warlords of Draenor to be released anytime soon. Eventually it will be, but after MoP is fixed near 80% which may take 1-2 years.

because it has been asked many time and they always said:
1. We are not interested into having a WoD realm at the moment
2. We would not even have the time to deal with an addition expansion, we are already too busy with 3 expansions
